CHRIS SHIPWAY
ProAcademy Rugby Head Coach
Current Forwards & Defence Coach at Bromsgrove RFC. The former Moseley, Worcester, Saracens, Bracknell, Rugby Lions & Bromsgrove RFC player, has a vast experience of coaching and development for youth & adult players as well as developing team units and whole teams. Further supported by his teaching & development experience, including roles such as PE Curriculum Lead, Regional SGO, Head of Rugby at Silhillians & Moseley Oak along with coaching Berkshire, North Midlands and Midlands squads
TOM CUBITT
ProAcademy Rugby Senior Coach
Current Bromsgrove RFC & North Midlands Back, Tom is currently completing a Masters in Sports Coaching at Worcester University. Tom brings an enthusiastic fresh outlook on how the game should be played and the former Saracens DPP prospect understands how to get the best out of players and help them unlock their potential with though provoking sessions and an intuitive outlook on player development.
FINN HAYNES
ProAcademy Rugby Senior Coach
Finn recently represented the Midlands U20’s at the England Rugby Divisional Championships, and the young front-row forward has already racked up nearly 50 games at senior rugby and is attracting attention from top level clubs. The developement Finn has made has helped build a deeper understanding of the development processes which has proved invaluable to our young athletes during our Summer Camp & Masterclass programme. We are excited to have his insight in future sessions
ProAcademy have numerous guest coaches throughout their program – details of which can be found on their Master Classes. Alongside our senior coaches ProAcademy have Junior coaches from local Academies. These players are county standard players, often studying at a rugby renowned college who are as passionate about rugby as we are. They support the senior coaches on camp and provide an insight into the rugby pathway available to our members.
